Dr. Omranian is a Principal Utility Program Manager & Data Intelligence Strategist with extensive experience in utility vegetation management, wildfire mitigation planning (WMP), enterprise asset management, grid reliability engineering, and advanced geospatial risk analytics. Holding a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering with a focus on weather forecasting and atmospheric modeling, Ehsan brings a strong scientific foundation to climate-driven infrastructure risk assessment, asset health analysis, outage prediction, and long-term grid resiliency planning. His expertise spans transmission and distribution asset and vegetation management programs, risk-based asset prioritization, regulatory compliance, and the development of Records of Evidence (ROEs) supporting internal and external audits in accordance with CPUC and federal Wildfire Mitigation Plan (WMP) requirements. Dr. Omranian is recognized for architecting and developing end-to-end software solutions, automated data pipelines, executive dashboards, and advanced geospatial workflows that transform complex operational and asset datasets into actionable intelligence for engineering, compliance, and executive teams. He also integrates LiDAR, satellite imagery, radar, and weather analytics to develop spatially intelligent frameworks supporting asset integrity, vegetation risk reduction, inspection optimization, and system resiliency. Ehsan is highly proficient in Python, R, SQL, GIS platforms, and enterprise asset management systems, with deep expertise in automating data-driven solutions for complex utility infrastructure challenges.

Matthew Boyd is a Principal LiDAR Subject Matter Expert & Geospatial Intelligence Strategist with more than two decades of specialized experience leading airborne remote sensing programs, utility vegetation management initiatives, and wildfire mitigation planning (WMP) efforts for major energy infrastructure clients. With a strong engineering foundation and a career built at the intersection of LiDAR technology and utility operations, Matthew has become a trusted authority in designing and executing large-scale LiDAR data acquisition strategies for transmission and distribution corridor inspections, establishing quality standards that directly support regulatory compliance and CPUC Wildfire Mitigation Plan requirements. He has a proven track record of translating raw point cloud and multispectral datasets into operational intelligence, developing automated reporting pipelines, risk assessment tools, and executive dashboards that empower utility engineering and compliance teams to make faster, more defensible decisions around vegetation risk reduction, electrical asset change detection, and inspection program optimization. As both a hands-on technologist and a strategic product leader, Matthew has architected cloud infrastructure for enterprise-scale geospatial processing, led ROI and inspection cost modeling for LiDAR-based vegetation management programs, and guided utility clients through the full lifecycle of 3D point cloud platform adoption. His command of ML-driven feature extraction, spatial databases, QGIS, ArcGIS, CAD environments, and cloud-based geospatial workflows position him as a rare leader who bridges deep LiDAR domain expertise with the operational and business intelligence demands of modern utility infrastructure programs
